Structure Peace from Chaos– Worldwide with Dr. Mari Fitzduff

Dr. Mari Fitzduff

In 2006, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Dr. Mari Fitzduff as we co-edited The Psychology of Battle, Problem Resolution and Tranquility , a three-volume collection that was released by Praeger Press. Our shared author, Debbie Carvalko, functioned as a matchmaker to match us up, and I’m recognized that she did. I knew of Dr. Fitzduff by credibility as a Teacher and Supervisor at Brandeis College, where she founded the Master of Arts Program in Dispute and Coexistence– which to day has grads coming from over 70 countries. I also understood that she was an Irish-American instructor, author, and scholastic, and had assisted to set up the initial university programs in dispute resolution in North Ireland. In 1988, she created a training publication called Neighborhood Problem Abilities , which was used particularly in the Northern Ireland problem. Considering that its initial magazine, it has actually been translated into Indonesian, Serbo-Croatian, Spanish, and a number of various other languages to assist nations managing ethnic rivalry.
